You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery can only be returned if faulty, unless its sealed packaging remains unopened.
We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. BYZZANI offers free standard UK delivery. Available delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary by product, destination and carrier. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not counted as working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking information where available. Please allow a short time for the carrier’s tracking status to update. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels at no extra delivery charge.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Return the original item in accordance with our Refund Policy and place a new order for the preferred item, colour or size.
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the funds.

Store each piece separately in a clean, dry place. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, creams, cleaning products and other chemicals. Gently wipe jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after use.
